All donations made to Milestone Foundation are used to support our programs and initiatives aimed at uplifting rural communities and creating sustainable livelihoods.

2. Refund Policy

Donations: Donations made to Milestone Foundation are typically non-refundable. However, if you believe that a donation was made in error, we are happy to review your request for a refund under certain circumstances. Refunds will only be considered if:

• The donation was made in error due to technical or payment processing issues.
• The donor requests a refund within 7 days of the donation date.

• Your full name and contact details.
• Date and amount of the donation.
• Reason for the refund request.
• Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, and you will be notified of the completion of the process.

Event Registrations or Merchandise: For any event registration fees or purchases of merchandise, the refund and cancellation terms will be mentioned in the specific terms associated with that event or product. Please refer to those details for accurate policies.

3. Cancellation Policy

Recurring Donations: If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel or modify it, you can do so at any time by contacting us at ziyaulhaque78@gmail.com or through your payment gateway’s account settings. Please allow 5 business days for cancellation requests to take effect.

Events and Workshops: If you have registered for an event or workshop and wish to cancel, please refer to the cancellation terms specified for that event. Generally, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the event date for a full refund unless otherwise stated. In case of a cancellation by Milestone Foundation, a full refund will be provided.

4. Payment Disputes
